Basic pistol course

Service Description

In this approximately four-hour basic training course, beginners learn the fundamentals of modern pistol shooting. The course places particular emphasis on safety, precise shooting technique, and stable weapon handling. Participants also receive practical advice on choosing the right weapon, equipment, and accessories. ...] The group size is limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure individual attention. Training content: • The four fundamental safety rules for handling firearms • Introduction to trigger and safety systems (e.g., Safe Action, Single and Double Action) as well as sighting systems (mechanical and optical variants) • The four basic shooting skills • The modern shooting stance: posture, grip technique, and arm movement • Safe handling under stress, loading, unloading, and troubleshooting • Shot pattern analysis and correction of typical errors • Firearm maintenance and cleaning • Advice on the optimal selection of firearm, holster, and accessories Required equipment: • Pistol with three magazines • Holster and magazine pouches (for two magazines) • Approximately 250 rounds of factory ammunition • Eye and hearing protection • Writing materials Prerequisites for participation: This course is especially designed for newcomers to shooting sports, including those without their own firearms license, hunting license, or firearm. In this case, either a certificate of completion of the firearms proficiency test or a current police clearance certificate is required.
