Cancellation policy

No right of withdrawal for leisure events

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning participation in courses and training offered by NORTHERN BALLISTICS, provided that a specific date or period has been agreed for the service (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

Customers who book via remote communication cannot therefore cancel their participation.

The cancellation conditions set out in section 8 of the terms and conditions apply exclusively.
